Orders greater than $2500.00** are eligible for free shipping from one warehouse.
Western Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territories customers are responsible for arranging their own shipping and covering associated costs from our warehouse. Collectors Hub will work with you to make sure your freight company receive the correct information.
Currently, the average processing time for all in-stock orders at Collectors Hub Australia is 3-5 business days, with business days defined as Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, excluding weekends and public holidays. If your order is placed toward the end of the day or outside of business hours, it will typically commence processing on the next available business day. Please be aware that certain factors, such as public holidays, peak periods like Comic Con, sales, holidays, and unexpected supplier delays (for example, due to Covid-19 related shipping and logistics disruptions), may impact this standard turnaround time. Therefore, we kindly request your patience as our team will provide comprehensive tracking details once your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Once your order has been processed, picked, and packed at our warehouse, we will furnish you with complete tracking information via email. You can monitor your order's progress by either revisiting your Australia Post link or downloading the Shop app. For the most precise tracking updates, we recommend waiting at least 24 hours before regularly checking your Australia Post tracking link, as well as any additional emails from Collectors Hub Australia.
The average shipping time varies across different states in Australia and is subject to various factors for international shipping. We currently offer the option of express shipping for both domestic and international orders. Please note that express orders still need to undergo the 3-5 business day processing period before leaving our warehouse. Subsequently, your order will be express shipped via Australia Post, with average shipping times varying depending on the location. Be aware that this shipping time frame, including express orders, may fluctuate, and we strongly recommend consulting the Australia Post website for the most up-to-date estimate of your shipping time frame.

Your Australia Post tracking number, once updated, should provide you with an estimated delivery ETA or date range. As advised by Australia Post, most parcels typically arrive within about one week of this date. We value your patience and trust that your parcel will reach you as soon as possible.
